Institutes on Teaching Reading to English Language Learners featuring What's Different About Teaching Reading to Students Learning English?

In response to growing requests from K-8 educators for training materials on teaching reading to English language learners, CAL is offering three-day Institutes in Washington DC in 2010.

What’s Different Training of Trainers Institutes are designed for trainers to use this curriculum to provide professional development for educators who teach reading in classes with English language learners.
