BEST Literacy Test Manual (2008 Edition) Now Available
The 2008 edition of the BEST Literacy Test Manual is now available. The new manual
contains updated National Reporting System (NRS) and Student Performance Level (SPL)
scale score ranges, additional background and technical information, and refinements to procedures
for scoring the note writing section.

The recently released BEST Literacy Technical Report describes the development of
