Collaborating to Provide Professional Development for Adult ESL Teachers

Presenters described a national project that uses a collaborative approach where teachers, program administrators, and state education agency representatives plan and deliver data-driven, quality, ongoing professional development for teachers of adult English language learners. The approach is based on research on teacher change and creating a learning organization.
