Fostering Linguistic and Cultural Equity in Dual Language Programs
Promoting equity among diverse students is the hallmark of two-way immersion. In this session, a principal, teacher, and researcher will share their perspectives on equity, and participants will learn about Richfield's Site Equity Team and reflect on how their programs promote equity in their program.

Conducting Self-Evaluation with the Guiding Principles
Participants will learn how to use the Guiding Principles for Dual Language Education for program self-evaluation. Topics include engaging stakeholders, finding and documenting evidence to support ratings, collecting and analyzing qualitative data, sharing findings, and creating an action plan for improvement.
