Registration

 

The registration fee is $200 per person. Registration includes

  • breakfast and lunch on Monday, October 6th,
  • breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, October 7th,
  • a primer of readings delivered prior to the conference, and
  • a binder of presentation handouts at the conference.

Accepted forms of payment include check, Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

 

Refund Policy

If you register and later find you cannot attend, you may request a refund on or
before August 29, 2008. You may substitute someone in your place at any time without penalty.
