In order to qualify for pre-registration, forms should be postmarked before
October 1. After this date, additional fees apply (see below). There is no
refund available after October 5, 2007. Badges and registration materials will
be made available the day of the conference, before the opening session.

$30.00    Regular conference registration, post-marked by October 1, 2007
$20.00    Student conference registration, post-marked by October 1, 2007
$35.00 Regular conference registration, after October 1, 2007
$25.00    Student conference registration, after October 1, 2007
