Nanette works for a multinational NGO that concentrates on humanitarian efforts in Africa.  She is in charge of additional language training for all new employees. She needs a test that will assess their starting levels of proficiency in the languages spoken in the countries in which they will work.  All test-takers are over 18.  Some are native English speakers, some are not.
