Tala works for a federal government agency administering oral proficiency tests to employees.  She often finds herself explaining the results of the assessment to test-takers.

Explaining the concept of reliability to test-takers can increase their confidence in test results.  When test-takers know that the assessment is reliable, you can encourage them to work hard between tests and demonstrate their improvement.
