Messick Speaker
LTRC is happy to announce that Lorrie A. Shepard, Ph.D. will receive this year's Messick Award for LTRC 2009. Dr. Shepard is a professor at the University of Colorado, Boulder. Dr. Shepard will give this year's Messick Lecture.
