3:45 - 4:45pm CST

Room 007A

Presented at: ACTFL 2014

Populations of language speakers in the U.S. represent a rich resource for U.S. society and global engagement. Efforts to develop these languages, and support communities that speak them, are complex. This session gives an overview of U.S. languages and cultures and a profile of three languages: Chinese, French, and Khmer.
