Center for Adult English Language Acquisition (CAELA) Network

CAL is supporting English as a second language (ESL) teachers’ efforts to improve learners’ achievement through the national CAELA Network.

The CAELA Network will help states increase their capacity to provide more effective professional development to those who teach adult English language learners through the following means:
