Written permission is required to reprint or reproduce material from any copyrighted CAL publication or product.

Written requests to use CAL materials should include the following:

Title and author of the CAL publication in which the material you wish to reprint or reproduce appears. Indicate the page(s) you wish to reproduce.

How you intend to use the CAL materials. For a course packet, specify the number of photocopies you anticipate making. For a book that you are publishing, include the title, publisher, total number of pages, anticipated retail price, number of copies that will be printed, and kind of rights you are requesting (first edition, world rights, English rights, North American rights, etc.).

Your complete name, company name (if applicable), postal address, email address, and phone number.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of your request.
