The following 12 states have been selected to receive help in planning and delivering quality professional development for teachers of adult English language learners: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
