    development that states can use to enhance
    instruction for adult English language
    learners

  • Training and technical assistance to twelve
    states, based on the framework

CAELA Network States

The following 12 states have been selected to receive help in planning and delivering quality professional development for teachers of adult English language learners: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.  Learn more.

The CAELA Network project is funded by the Office of Vocational and Adult Education (OVAE), U.S. Department of Education to provide assistance to professional developers, teachers, and others who work with adult English language learners.
