The Federal Trade Commission partnered with the Center for Applied Linguistics (CAL) to make its financial literacy and fraud avoidance materials accessible to low literacy adults in both English and Spanish via and The session highlights lesson planning possibilities using the website content, language, and navigational objectives, and references corresponding College and Career Readiness Standards. Recommendations from teachers for future lesson plans and materials will be collected from attendees.
