The Center for Applied Linguistics is pleased to announce that Diep Nguyen, CAL’s President and CEO, will make remarks at an important event. This town hall meeting is an opportunity to come together to ask:

• What pressing issues are shaping the field of bi-/multilingual education today across policy, advocacy, research, and practice?
• How can we better support our bi-/multilingual communities and advance the work?

Opening remarks will be made by Dr. Miguel A. Cardona, former United States Secretary of Education, with distinguished panelists Montserrat Garibay, Ofelia Garcia, and Deborah Palmer.
