Amya Mckoy is the Client Relations Specialist for the BEST assessments in CAL’s Language Assessment and Instructional Research (LAIR) Division. Her responsibilities include understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and streamlining communication. In this role, she acts as a liaison between the adult ESL programs using BEST assessments and CAL, contributing to the development of effective operations and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
