Christi is a strategic communications leader with more than 15 years of progressive global experience across news, digital media, marketing, and international development and aid.
She began her work as a newspaper reporter in Fairbanks, Alaska, before developing her skills as a content strategist and digital specialist in Cambodia, Indonesia, France, and most recently in Washington DC, where she led on digital, social, and content for the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Bureau for Resilience, Environment, and Food Security, and Feed the Future, the U.S. government’s former global hunger initiative.
She has a BA in Journalism from the University of North Texas and an MS in Strategic Communications from Purdue University. When she’s not working, she enjoys visiting art museums, cooking, watching baseball, and working on her French and Vietnamese.
