Johannah serves as the test development project manager on the CAL-WIDA Partnership test development team. She supports the development of test items for large-scale English language proficiency assessments for multilingual learners in grades 1–12. 

Prior to joining CAL, Johannah worked in higher education and in a fellowship role with the Chilean Ministry of Education and the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

Johannah holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Southeast Missouri State University.
