Todd Rudolph, Tech Team Lead for the Language Assessment Division at the Center for Applied Linguistics, leads the Tech Team which is charged with creating QTI compliant items for the ACCESS test.

Todd creates the QTI, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the ACCESS test. In addition he creates tools and utilities utilizing a variety of technologies and programming languages to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the resulting QTI packages and QC processes for use on the ACCESS test. 

Previously Todd has worked on real-time maritime domain and situational awareness moving map software, the Presidential Helicopter Program and test bed, and statistical analysis and cross-tabbing software for a major market research firm. 

Todd has a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
