Toni Lewis is the Operations Manager, Customer Relations for BEST Client Relations. Toni brings experience and a proven track record of success in the areas of adult education, operations, and community outreach. She graduated from Georgetown University with an undergraduate degree in Linguistics and is currently completing her Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management at American University. Prior to joining CAL, she has served as a Student Recruitment Manager at Academy of Hope and an Outreach & Recruitment Specialist at the Carlos Rosario School. In her free time, Toni enjoys gardening, embroidery, DIY home projects, and video games.
